It goes beyond a basic four‑function calculator by including trigonometric functions, logarithms, powers, roots, memory keys, and degree/radian modes, making it useful for school, university, engineering, and programming tasks.

The layout mirrors a familiar handheld scientific calculator so you can switch from physical to online with almost no learning curve. The top display shows your full expression and results, the Deg/Rad toggle controls how angles are interpreted, and the keypad groups related functions (trig, powers, roots, logs, memory) so they are easy to find and press quickly.

Main Function Groups

  • Basic arithmetic: Digits 0–9, decimal point, and the +, −, ×, ÷ operators cover standard calculations such as totals, differences, products, and ratios. The calculator respects operator precedence, so expressions like 3 + 4 × 2 are evaluated correctly as 11, not 14.
  • Trigonometric functions: Buttons for sin, cos, tan and their inverses (sin⁻¹, cos⁻¹, tan⁻¹) let you work with angles in geometry, physics, and wave problems. You can switch angle mode between degrees and radians via the Deg/Rad controls above and inside the keypad, and the calculator automatically interprets trig inputs using the currently selected mode.
  • Powers and roots: Functions such as x², x³, xʸ, √x, and ³√x help with exponent rules, areas, volumes, Pythagorean calculations, and scientific formulas. Dedicated keys for eˣ and 10ˣ make it easy to work with exponential growth, scientific notation, and logarithmic scales.
  • Logs and constants: The ln key performs natural logarithms (base e) and log computes base‑10 logs, both essential in statistics, chemistry, and information theory. The π and e constants are built‑in so you do not need to type long approximations each time you use circle formulas or calculus expressions.
  • Memory and last answer: M+, M−, MR, and the Ans key allow efficient multi‑step calculations. You can store intermediate values in memory, reuse them later without re‑entering, and quickly plug the last computed answer into new expressions to build chains of calculations.
  • Utility keys: The ± button flips the sign of the current value, % helps with percentage‑style expressions, and RND rounds results when you need clean integers. Back deletes just the last character, while AC clears the entire expression so you can restart without refreshing the page.
